I hope this man is found guilty cause if not his name will be tarnished for the rest of his life for no reason. Its sad that in our society you can be accused of something and be found guilty in the media before having your day in court. Its like the Rothleisberger case, If he didnt have all that money and was a teacher he would be out of a job right now. I just hope justice is served either way but if this guy turns out to be innocent I hope the El Paso Times and all the other media outlets report it as vigoursly as they are now. Front page "Bowie High School coach clears his name was falsly accused." I doubt it that wouldnt sell papers.

I really dont think its the El Paso Times fault. I think they do a great job. I just think its the way are system is set up. We have these laws in place to protect women from being abused which I beleive is great. The flaw is that If you have a high profile job and you are falsely accused your pretty much ruined, and the women remains protected and anonymous. I agree that if this guy or anyone else is guilty the women should remain anonymous, but if not then what happens. Like I said this guys life is ruined. He will never get bacck his dignity. Like it says in the headline "Football coach arested on SUSPICION of sexual assault" what exactly does that mean.

It sounds like a witch hunt. If found innocent, there should be a lawsuit for wrongly accusing an individual or simply a sentence of time and $ for the accuser.

You claim to be a teacher but don't understant media, journalism, public information, mass communication or the 1st Amendment?
The El Paso Times has reported this, as they should. Arrests and crime belong to the public, are public and the public has every right to know.

I agree crime should be reported, but at this point there is not proof of a crime. When and if this guy is convicted, then and only then should this be front page news till then the guy is out of work and imagine if he is married or has children what they must be thinking.

Well, if the detectives and attorney's think they have enough to go forward and arrest him, then it should be reported. If nothing comes of it then the paper will report that also just as they did in the Lou James Jr. case on Monday.

Guilty until proven innocent if you're a teacher.

I hope he is found innocent and is able to sue the crappy El Piso Times and KVIA for running a story with no information. These outlets are so caught up with being the first to report something that they forget about the investigative aspect of journalism. Thank you once again of being an example of how not to do something. I hear this paper is used in real colleges as an example of how not to be a journalist.

When Austin and Bowie had the great football coaches switch there was more to it than football. Austin got solid citizens and Bowie got the phreakshow.

This man is accused of something and right away he is guilty. The same way Lou James Jr. was. I know Mr. James and that man would not take from kids. He has always given the kids the love they need. You ask how do I know, Because he has given me his last dollar so i could eat when my parents didn't have the money to give me. I pray for both of these men to return back to help kids like me. Because of COACH JAMES i am what I am. He was a father to me when I didn't have one. For this man his school kids sound like they love him as I do COACH JAMES

All the news outlets are just regurgitating the same tired news. Innocent until proven guilty is just a saying... The system is set up this way and it may have ruined his life forever. Sad. The real victim here is Mr. Sanchez.

Innocent until proven guilty is a saying and a very important one at that. It is worth repeating and remembering that this man is innocent until proven guilty. Report his arrest but remember he is innocent until proven guilty.

Daily Horoscope for December 11

Libra

If someone owes you money and you're beginning to think that you'll never get it back, this is an excellent day to chase them up. They may not cave in straightaway but at least you'll have had your say and done what you can. Watch out for a tendency to lose your temper, because although this could be quite dramatic if you're usually the soul of equanimity it could work against you if you become aggressive or unpleasant.
