I left Clarksville in "86" and been back sevral times and each time it has only gotten worse. In the winter the town is covered in smoke until the spring. I feel very sorry for all residents that have breath in the wood?/coal smoke. I also find it sad that the brough memebers are unwilling do more. I love Greene county and Clarksville, but until it improves it's living standards I have no desire to revisit anytime soon.
