I was reading one post where the guy said he spent five years fighting for his daughter. I am now having to go through the same thing. My allege crime happen in 1992. I was release in 1996, and after 2yrs successfully completed parole. After living and working for 11yrs and not having any problems with the law,I was sent back to prison for failing to follow the registration laws. The only mistake I made was caring about my protecting my little girl who was not even born when I went to prison in 1992. I never wanted her to be punish for something that happen before she was born. So I use a different address so that her school and our neighbors would not see my picture on the internet. Well now I am on parole once again and my parole agent has ordered me not to have any contact with my daughter. I am now required to wear an ankle bracelet and can't even live at home wife my wife.
The ankle bracelet and housing restrictions were not even placed on me some 17yrs ago. These laws have only increase and are seeking to punish people over and over again for old crimes that happen a long time ago. The politician is not really interested in the truth. What he does care about is being re-elected and the media,its all about advertisement. Sensationalism for rating and advertisement. If people would wake up and stop believing in trash,we could start attacking the problems that really make our neighborhoods and children unsafe.
