What are you suggesting then, we should just get rid of all cops and let ppl run amuck? What do yo do for a living?.. let me judge you on your job. No, I'm not a cop and I don't know any. All I know is that the majority of cops do what they're hired to do: protect and serve..if you don't believe that..then maybe you'd find yourself better suited to a country like Iraq. No one ever expects to go thru such a tradjedy as this. To those people who have sent out there heart warming thoughts,Thank You. Both these boys r good kids. I pray for this person who has been so hurtful hmm he must be related to the speeder. If you read like u said it says "was arrested on suspicion of manslaughter" Which means in english not sure yet. You cant be God and judge people if you dont have all the facts. What u read is not always correct. Maybe one day you will be in these shoes with one of your loved ones. Hi, I cant believe what Happen to Joel garcia he was a good friend of my brother bino garcia they knew eachother since 1st grade and joel would always come over our house and hang out with my brother, I really liked joel a lot as a friend of my brother he was such a nice boy always laughing and jokeing around and loved to play basketball. I’m so sorry to hear that he passed away I still cant believe it neither can my family I’m still so sad. My sorrows go out to his family and Brother Roman G. sooo sorry I hope the man who did this pays for what he did took an inocent life away so soon but hes in a better place now.. may he rest in peace. R.i.p joel garcia.

I do not understand your post. This is a forum where people can express their OPINIONS. You can agree or disagree but it is still a message board. Despite the unfortunate death of a young man, the fact are that a drunk driver made a turn in front of a unlicensed driver that caused a death. we should be able to discuss this incident and hope people think twice about driving while impaired.

my heart goes out to joel and his family, ur name and romans name will be in my prayers tonight, josh u dont deserve to get the "death penality" like sum people say on this, just living knowing and remembering this day is capital punishment alone..i dont know u but i know this was an accident..for the guy with no license i feel bad for u..but u do deserve a bigger penality than just a ticket u deserve sum time altho it was an accident, with that said josh u have to do sum time aswell. but my heart goes out to every one involved in this my God be with u all and my he be the judge of this all

No, the unlicensed driver struck the car and killed an innocent person and severly injured another. He should receive the maximum punishment for what he has caused.
