Huge problem when these yokels tried to upgrade my pc. Failed to adequately back up data...long story short: data lost forever, paid them only for upgrade (based on quote from local firm) NOW they have the gall to turn me over to a collection agency (phone calls, emails, faxes - harassment big time)for the balance.
