Constance needs to be very careful. The Meadville cops aren't above manufacturing bogus police reports, and they don't just target blacks.

My fiance has been battling Crawford County over false drug charges brought by Officer Brian Joseph. The DA knows that Joseph is corrupt, and won't do a thing about it.
