Other than the Attoney General and the SC securities commissioner, Where are the complainants who actually got involved financially with 3 Hebrew Brothers and the Capital Consortium Group; In order for there to be fraud, someone has to be defrauded (an unfulfilled contract). If there are no injured parties, no loses, no unfulfilled contracts other than caused by legal wrangling, then there is no crime. Stop wasting taxpayer dollars in an effort to control these groups resources and dicover their techniques. Bring forth the offended or give up the witch hunt!

A few days ago, a black attorney mentioned that blacks continue to be victimized by other blacks, because too many blacks coddle the criminals within our community. He said the Cubans and the whites (in Miami) hate the crimes committed against them and they demand justice, too.
In contrast, the blacks merely complain about being victimized and yet they fail to demand justice for the crimes committed against them. The black attorney said that until the black community becomes intolerant of crime and hold the criminals accountable, blacks will continue to suffer at the hands of other blacks. Folks---now is the time to take action. Contact the FBI office in Columbia, SC to become informed about ccg. Cooperate with the FED's to strengthen the case against ccg. Let's make an example of these criminals. DON'T GET MAD---GET EVEN!

As far as I am concerned, there has been no crime committed by the Three Hebrew Brothers. I want them to know that they are in my prayers and I believe God will get the VICTORY out of their situation. I am thankful for groups like them who care about the poor, broken and wounded.
Hebrew Brothers always remember that there is a 4th man in the fire (trial) with you, and you will come out whole (renewed, strengthened, and better than ever).

I came to CCG, JB, Jr and you for answers to some basic questions about CCG and my money. What I got from all of you were evasiveness, belligerence, arrogance and downright personal attacks. I had every right to that information and CCG was obligated to provide it. There are no longer mentions of the happy truck that would be rolling again in the fall or by the end of the year.

Here is a little secret. Your people got on this forum to put a spin on this mess to limit the damage to your scam. What you succeeded in doing was steadily eroding your support base. Every time you turned nasty on depositors that wanted to know the same things lots of other watching depositors also wanted to know, you lost depositors. Every time you shaded the truth…LIED, you lost. They didn’t have to be big lies. Many of the lies were modest and self-serving, but they were details that some of the people watching this forum personally knew were not true (and knew you knew they were not true). You know they had to think if you lied or misled about those things for the boys, the boys probably could not be trusted with the big things like money. Those loony pronouncements about sovereign citizens, phony bonds, phony lawyer, phony license plates, weird bankruptcy filing and going after officials (including several prominent African Americans) who were just doing their jobs did not help your cause any. Oh yeah, you later denied that the boys raised any kind of racial bias charge about the whole mess, but anybody that could read a newspaper saw that was a charge raised by the boys’ attorney. There was the thing about us depositors suddenly being promoted to “constituents” when it came time to file for bankruptcy. We weren’t even listed as creditors. It was an attempt to make us seem more a part of something you and your people told us was really none of our business.

That brings us to the biggest lie of them all. That would be the “different processes” directed by the methods of Jesus that “…are far beyond calculus and trigonometry.” Tell me how many innocent people do you know, when confronted with possible serious prison time and destruction of their business would refuse to give a solid alibi that they didn’t do the crime? How many supposedly caring Christian people do you know would insist that they wait until they are indicted and ignore the terrible harm the wait was doing to hundreds or thousands of depositors that trusted them with their money rather than provide a guiltless explanation? If the boys have a legitimate explanation, it is just as true and provable now as it would be at trial. The longer the authorities expend valuable resources pursuing something the boys could easily dispel, the harder it will be to convince those authorities that there was no wrong there in the first place.

Wait, I have one more thing to bring up. What was with this big spending spree the boys went on in less than a year? That is a lot of non-income producing property for an investment operation to acquire. It is also a lot of personal use property. Could it be a clear indication of the boys’ true motivations?

I am one of the soldiers that has been victimized by group. You need to wake up and smeel the damn coffee. These are CON ARTISTS WHO RIPPED OFF U.S. SOLDIERS. Soldiers that risked thier lives everytime our country called upon us to fight for freedom, thier freedom. This is the thanks we get. They stole $2,500 from me. Much, much more from some of my friends who are also Soldiers. You should be ashamed of yourself for trying to defend them. They are crooks. I hope they all rot in jail. 3 Hebrew Boys associate pleads guily

An associate of the Columbia-based 3 Hebrew Boys investment plan has pleaded guilty to lying while under oath while appearing before a federal grand jury, authorities said.

During a Sept. 4 appearance in federal court, Otis Lee Fluker denied having any involvement in the plan, even after he was asked about specific investments he had made with the 3 Hebrew Boys, authorities said.

Fluker has changed his plea to guilty from not guilty. Fluker faces up to five years in jail and $250,000 fine.

The investment plan is under federal and state investigation for alleged fraudulent activity. Investigators have said 3 Hebrew Boys collected nearly $80 million from investors in 23 states.

When the firm’s funds were frozen by a court order last spring, the 3 Hebrew Boys had about $17 million in the bank, a few million dollars more in private property purchases and provided no records for what happened to the rest of the money collected.

The principals of the 3 Hebrew Boys have not been charged by federal investigators. They have been charged by state investigators with one count of selling securities without a license. A trial date for this charge has not been set.

You gotta be sh!ttin me.God has nothing to do with this,you got burnt by some rip offs.

I serve the military in ministry and am heart broken so many of our soldiers have invested so much money with no return. I pray if there is fowl play with these gentleman they confess and repent and do what is right. To everyone trusting in God, do just that, trust in God who is the source of your blessing, not these three men or anyone else. We do walk by faith and not by sight. 3 Hebrew Boys leaders arrested by FBI

The FBI today arrested leaders of the 3 Hebrew Boys, the Columbia investment group accused of taking $79 million from 8,000 investors in 23 states.

The group's leaders -- Joseph B. Brunson, Timothy McQueen and Tony B. Pough -- were arraigned on conspiracy to commit mail fraud charges in Columbia before U.S. Magistrate Joseph McCrorey.

McCrorey ordered that the trio be jailed until a detention hearing set for Tuesday. Assistant U.S. Attorney Winston Holliday asked McCrorey that the suspects not be released from custody.

The trio are out on bail after pleading not guilty last year to state charges of selling investments without a license. They have denied any wrong-doing at rallies.

Federal authorities had raided 3 Hebrew Boys’ offices last year but not charged them with a crime until today.

Authorities in court papers alleged that the 3 Hebrew Boys LLC and its investment subsidiary, Capital Consortium Group Inc., had collected about $80 million from about 7,000 investors nationwide but paid out relatively little in promised returns.

The suspects used much of the investments to support lavish lifestyles, authorities said.

S.C. Attorney General Henry McMaster earlier received a court order freezing $17 million in cash belong to the business and charged the suspects with selling securities without a license.

If convicted of the federal charges, the suspects each could face up to 20 years in prison and possibly up to 30 years if a financial institution was affected.
