Dance Fit Fusion is the perfect place for anyone who's looking to stay active and get some exercise through dance. Never danced a day in your life? Don't worry! Classes are a lot of fun and not intimidating in the least. Kelly and Terri, DFF's owners, are both really laid back and offer a lot of encouragement. Class offerings include Zumba, hip hop, belly dance, and dance tease (for women 18+), as well as classes specifically for kids. Most classes are $5 each, but all are less than $10 a class. Quite a value for the workout! Highly recommeded.

I have gained so much confidence by going to Zumba. It is a great workout and I absolutely love it. Thank you so much to Kelly and Terri for being there for everyone no matter there goals or dance level. Check out this amazing place to dance freely and get a great workout.
