However on the way back one of the four of us says he saw a light fly by his head like an orb ??? Don't know. Hart has activity though Big Time ... I know two people who have seen apparitions full body one of an old man , once of a shadow man walking through the camera flashes. I have heard voices there. I went to Carpenter one night a 3 AM no flash lights and 4 of us and on the way back something thought that they saw some sort of light fly by as we left. My story is almost the exact same. We saw nothing , and nothing for evp either.

Also, in Ridgeview at the intersection of Salcedo Road where there is a grain bin on North side of road use to set a old cemetary that was desecrated by a farmer is claimed to be haunted. Back when the founders of Sikeston pillaged and pushed the Indians out that lived here for ten thousand years. The local chief put a curse on the land and it's invaders. Which is the reason I believe the cancer rates in the area is the highest in the nation (along with being surrounded by the poisionious fertilizers and pesticides. Sikeston is like a big bullseyes surrounded by poison dumps of farmland. Sikestonians are like lab rats for the farming industry). A few years after. The New Madrid Quake shook as well. The Chief also foreworned that the land in the area would turn to desert. When I drive to Sikeston from Bluff it does remind me of a desert. If it wasn't for irrigation and fertilizer nothing would grow here. It is also well known that farmers have knocked down many Indian burial mounds in the area to level the fields for ag and development. Some of this land was sold to developers where many neighborhoods sit now. North Kingshighway, Allen Street area, Northwest Street area, Salcedo road area, Greenbrier area, Plantation Drive area, addition by the kindergarden, and the new addition over in Miner. All were Indian burial mounds that were leveled and destroyed. My guess this is a prime area for being haunted. Then again so many people don't understand the afterlife... I had no idea there used to be burial mounds in Sikeston.

Ghost Hunters wrote: I love the show Ghost Hunters and was wondering if there is any haunted places around here that people can visit? I have watched the show a couple of times, and have read on the subjects of ghosts. I find the topic interesting, at times, but I do not believe (nor have I ever believed that ghosts exist.
