You have no proof that she's a scam artist; she already explained that in all her years of photographing weddings, that the third-party printing service she used fell through and didn't provide what they were supposed to and it affected the people referred to in the BBB report... but they have since received their pictures. There are no other complaints. And there are NO complaints for her studio in its current incarnation.

By the way, a person does not have to register with the BBB to have their business reviewed by the BBB and complaints publicly posted online. So evidently since the third-party crap that happened with her old business, she has received no other complaints.

I would ask if it's ok for me to post about how you distributed fetish CDs of sleeping/unconscious teenagers, but you already posted about it online so there's no need for me to repeat it...:)

I am reading this post, dont know these people. However, I looked up this Fultz guy and I dont see anything that he is being accused of on this topic, i didnt read his blog thoroughly(maybe I should). I did see the BBB posting. No you dont have to be a member of the BBB to get any kinds of postings about your business that is for sure. I mean, I'd like to look more into this, if this info is true about this person Jennifer. Then I appreciate Fultz putting it out there, even though I know and am sure it is for a personal vendetta. But really, what I am seeing so far about his post is that the things that he says are true. And he has proof to back it up. If I find otherwise, I guarantee u I will post on here!

Jennifer has already responded to this. She is a wedding photographer and was using a third-party printing service that fell through on a large order. She had not had any complaints since then. Things have since been resolved with those brides. As for the one angry little women that Greg has found - she is mad because she didn't get the 1k or so raw photographs from the wedding... well that is normal and Jennifer told her she wouldn't... photographers pick out a batch of the best which they process, and that is what you're paying for physical copies of.

Jennifer should have taken responsibility in the first case and put the cash out to get the reprints sooner instead of arguing with the third-party printing service while her customers paid for it, but the fact is the issue has since been resolved. Everyone makes mistakes and Greg is just pissed off because his ex, who he posted an abusive, harassing, creepy billboard of accusing her of "killing his child," got a gag order against him and so he can no longer discuss (harass) her... so he's gone back to harassing his ex-wife from a DECADE ago.

Did you miss this post about Jennifer when you first perused Greg's sick ramblings? This was before he had any idea about the BBB crap. The BBB thing only came about days after the gag order was issued and Greg threw a temper tantrum by posting the word "censored" hundreds of times on his blog because he wasn't allowed to harass his other ex any more.
