North Carolina fugitive captured in Norwalk

A man, who escaped from a North Carolina jail last month when he switched paperwork with another inmate due for release, was picked up by Norwalk police and U.S. Marshals Tuesday night.

Norwalk great place to hide and sell drugs,what this the 14th felon this year,and to think this one wasn't living at the shelter.Be nice if Norwalk could catch a couple last one turned himself in he was probaly told the food and cells were the best in the state.
