During a delivery to my home Triple A Rents & Events damaged the call box at my front gate. They acknowledged that they did the damage and tried to fix it themselves. When that did not work, I suggested that we use the company that installed the call box to do the repair work and have it billed to Triple A. The owner agreed, but then refused to pay the repair bill, leaving a small local company $175 poorer. Simply an awful way to run a company.
