Stepfather Charged In 3-Year-Old's Alleged Murder

Flugga sustained brain damage in an IED explosion in Iraq in 2006. The Army meds have had Corey Flugga on many meds. Corey is a very young vet, and certainly did not intentionally kill his step son. I hate what has happened, but I know this family, and I know that Corey Flugga needs medical attention, far more than jail.
I hope that the powers that be will understand post traumatic stress, brain injuries, questionable medications, etc. Flugga is really not guilty by reason of mental defect.

Umm well as I have read nothing in the reports makes any sense and adds up at all. So I think Cory should go to a re-trial or something. If you read the reports the marks on the child are to small to be made my an adult male && that everytime Carson's mom would leave to go somewhere Carson would throw a fit bc he had de-tachment problems! Cory was OUTSIDE with his child(ern) and Carson was inside bc he would'nt come outside bc he was throwing a fit bc his mother went to work!! Hmm oddly that the marks on the child were small marks that could PROLLY were made by him from hitting himself in the stomach! He was prolly upset his mother was gone and hurting himself was the thing to do..and jumping off his bed and repetatly hitting himtself in the stomach! Carson is a child who had no idea what he was doing! I think EVERYONE should rethink this! This all sounds like a child died and someone should have to pay for it. Cory stated " I miss my son and I would have never done this!" Cory doesn't seem or would never do such a thing. He fought to save the lives of Americans and you are going to send him to prision! Not likely... Un-Fair Justice and Not enough Evidence to me!!!!!

if corey didnt do it god help him. i beleive he killed my nephew. i do not beleive Carson killed himself. that is purely ignorant. they used that as a defense. the only thing thay could come up with for him to possibly land on was a small flexible bead maze and a rubber dinosaur. corey called my brother and practically told him Carson was inside dying and coreys mother was spouting off at the mouth about how her son didnt do it before it was even a question. i said it before, if he didnt murder my nephew, god help,but i know he did and i hope he rots in hell. how dare you imply that a three year old killed himself.

Well God is the only one who knows the truth. The thing about his mother saying her son didn't do it. Knowing the law and everyone who should no he would be the 1st person for questioning. Also a 3 year old exactly he could do such things to himselp esp if he has problems being away from his mother. I pray for both your family and his. This is a crazy case. But not taking either side,but everything doesn't add up in the eyes of the law. But someone has to go down for it. This just doesn't seem fair!!!
