What a sad comment, we are talking about a man's legacy, a celebration of what made him who he was...and the Buckeyes were part of that. Perhaps next time you should say nothing at all.

What a sad comment, this was a man's life, a celebration of who he was, and the Buckeyes were a big part of that. Perhaps no comment would have been better.

Mickey and Tex you both are extremely rude! Who cares what your thoughts are on Buckeye football.. This is a man who just passed away. Have some respect! I'm ashamed for both of you. This was such a great way to honor a man's life, someone who probably was a great guy!

I think the story was touching. Butch was a true OSU fan and his legacy will live on... So let's win the rose bowl for good Butch Buckeyes what do you say?

Some people are so rude! I'd almost want to wish the worst for them... but I'm not that heartless. I'm glad that family did something special for that man. It sounds like he would have wanted it that way.

Well this funeral wasn't held for you, so it doesn't matter what you think about it, does it? I'm sure his family doesn't care what you think, and neither do I. The only embarrassment is to yourself by expressing such an uncaring and nasty attitude. If you don't like OSU football, etc., why did you "bother" to read the article and then comment?
