Valliant State Bank

So has everyone already heard about whats going on over there? Its bad. Wonder if those that have been wrong and their possesion taken illegally will be repayed. Its happened to my family and many of my friends. Glad they got their day. I have been asking for years how to get an investigation over there and Praise God Bobby did!

I heard he called for an investigation, which is what I think should have been done years ago. Too many hard working people losing their stuff when wasnt actually legal.

Really? They took one of my four wheelers a few years back. I got 3 payments behind on it. Well I got all the cash together and caught it up.About 4 days later they sent a goof to pick it up. This needed to be done a long time ago!

I heard they were being shut down but I see the doors are still open to the crooks.

M.S. granted my first loan at a better rate than any banks in our area. I had no established credit . Many loans and years later I can say I never had any problems BUT I made all my payments on time. I had a friend who had medical problems and he kept in touch with the bank and paid what he could each month the bank put. the rest at the end of the note. It all worked out the bank got paid and he was never harassed. in any.manner. Maybe some people tried to live beyond their means and are blaming the bank?

I agree, if you work with the banks and not just ignore them, they will usually work with you. no bank wants our stuff, that usually results in a loss for them. they just want people to make reasonable efforts to pay their payments. If you agree to pay monthly, and u don't pay for three months, that is a breach of contract. even if you miss just one month, it is not what you agreed to, but everyone can get behind, that is life--call ur bank, let them know you are trying.

I know for a fact they will pick up your vehicle if you are 32 days past due. They repossessed my friends' car at 32 days. I bet they wish now that they would have worked with her because she owed a whole lot more than it was worth.

I've only had one 5k loan with them. Never missed a payment and never had a problem. Been settled with them for a while.

Pay your bills. Don't borrow money you can't pay back. I think too many people live above their means, have no savings in case something goes wrong, and buy every "toy" that comes along...

Well it's August now and they are still open. I guess whoever you are, you are just mad because you owe them money.

Wow...seriously??? Everyone hits hard times and not everyone lives beyond their means. Did you ever ask any of the people on here what was going on in their lives at that time before you judged them so harshly???

Sorry to tell you guys this, but if you finance ANYTHING it isn't "yours" to take. It belongs to the bank. 32 days past due? Sounds like you should've been on the phone & trying to work something out with the bank. Banks get audited for their accounts. If you won't pay your bills, someone most assuredly gets shafted for it.

If aperson gets behind on a note, call or go by and see the loan officer and fix it so you do not lose your property-- a bank does not make money on repos. they would rather have the note paid off and have a future customer to do business with at a later date.

Their crooks all there is to it, making illegal deals on their part. They did get audited and got into trouble 3 years ago. Needs to happen again, I have loans with them and they are paid off. Still crooks turned them also.

Bubba banking, ... Little town little bank, think their big people. Wouldn't last in big league.

Pay your bills. Simple as that. If you don't, you're the on cheatin the bank, not the other way around, b/c you don't own it til it's paid off.
