Well the man had something to do w/ one of the girls and not all these kids should be locked up. They may of had bad raps but do not deserve Cmurder charges.Do your job right bcpd.

well i wounder to me self what waz he (Arturo Chavez) doing out late night??? And bout does kidshaving charges of a murder i do belive that they would do something like that!!!!!!! the reason is becuase i know all them teenagers... they had to been doing drugs!!!!!!! i know Pedro Ramirez, Angelica Nieto they are allways doing drugs they are trouble makers....They should be in jail for very very long time....

These kids deserve to spend the rest of there lifes in jail. He would never hurt anyone he was a really good person, so many people knew him. What they did was wrong and i don't believe he had anything to do with any of the girls that's just an excuse to try to get out of jail. He was an innocent man he was also my uncle. Now all that's left is all the good memories.

well the man arturo was a pervert type man and the girl got him there and you can only imagine why. Most all the Mexicans who come from Mex. in Clifton are very perverted and are messing w/ these type girls. That is nothing new.I feel bad for his wife to know this but it is the truth.everyone will believe what they want to believe. But he did not deserve to die of course...

Thats all stuped, their all going to say whatever they can now that their all facing capital murder charges,trust me someone will eventualy talk. The young ones will roll over soon I dont belive it was either one of the minors, I know them all including Pedro's father I have a pretty good idea who it was. Dont worry they will find out soon enough....

I have heard numerous rumors about this case. As to what is true or false, that is for the police to decide based on the evidence that they have found. I do believe that the minors were the main ones who had lured the man there. The Caucasian girl (a minor) lured the older Hispanic man there under false pretenses (apparently that she would do something for him in return for money). I do believe that this is true. Yes, the man was a pervert, but he should be in jail, not dead. As for the people involved, I do believe that they should serve time; however, I do not, myself, believe in the death penalty.
