Witness to dog being thrown out of pickup truck in Valley Center.

On Tuesday mid-morning, I witnessed a man throw a mid sized (40-50lb) solid cream colored dog (possibly female, shepherd length coat) out of the back of a gold/silver metallic,newer Nissan Frontier, 4 door pickup truck with sport fenders on Mactan Road, halfway between Vesper and Valley Center Road, near Armstrong Egg Ranch.
Please contact me, if anyone knows the identity of this man or the owner of the dog.
