What amazes me is that this jackazz keeps getting voted in to office. Who the heck is voting for him? I don't know anyone who is. People complain about the illegals and still keep the idiot in office.

During the last mayoral race the support for Sanders on this forum was overwhelming. Then again, him and his constituants need their nannies and gardeners.

Not even close to enough being done, but it's a start.

I remember back in Charlotte NC in 1996 talking to an Immigration officer. The pathetic state they were in allowed under 5 enforcement officers to cover the southeast, from Alabama to Ga to south and north carolina. This could have included Florida. But it was pathetic, underfunded, yet absolute incompentence. Its sad that it takes an event like 911 to bolster those forces in the fields which should have been strong., as strong as the DEA over 20 years ago.
Now they have alot of ground to catch up on, in sucesses such as this. The criminal elements have had much longer to entrench and embed then Immigration enforcement has to intervene and arrest.

Incompetence on the part of Washington DC to allow such a skeleton crew to be responsible for such a vast area of enforcement, that is.

I remember when I was active as a LEO I stopped a vehicle in Kennesaw, Georgia in about 1985 and there were 6 Mexicans in it. No one had any license or ID. We called INS and they told us they did not have the manpower to do anything with them. And I mean Atlanta was only about a 30 minute drive at the most.

If I had only known then what I know now!!!
