these daily accounts of criminality are a conspicuous contrast to city officials telling us that crime is down in our town. these accounts far too often include the words "parolee" and "loaded gun". we are encouraging growth in criminal potential by continuing to turn a blind eye to the consequences of parolee services offered by fighting back partnership. critics assail our neighbors for "sending" us their civil misfits, but in reality the misfits know where the services are and where they are not. as they say, it's not rocket science.
