Kurshan, Spineless Degenerate of Vallejo continues harassment campaign online

Lots of posts to view as Sam Kurshan continues his cowardly campaign of intimidation and harassment, albeit ham-handedly and with the skill of a mentally disabled sea cow. This is a campaign against those who would stand up to him in a court of law and to where he was handed his ass on a tray in Judge Healy's court. Those who dared stand up to him and presented testimony are the ones now in his demented crosshairs, they are:
Katy Miessner
Marc Garman
Robert Schussel
Only by standing up to pigs like Kurshan can we once again restore a semblance of sanity in this town.

After sitting back for almost a week since I went to court concerning Robert Schussel's and Marc Garman's attempts to obtain restraining orders against me, and laughing out loud after reading the spun out comments of VIB supporters, I have finally decided to surface and state what really occurred. Not only will Derrick O'Keefe who accompanied me there confirm the truth and accuracy of my account, so will the court transcript which is public information.

Garman's TRO was denied.

Schussel's was granted in such a limiting way that it is more of a restraining order against him than of me.

I am to stay five feet away from Schussel for six months. Period. I CAN possess fire arms if I choose to and I AM permitted to attend City Council meetings.

Contrary to what the spin doctors vivid imaginations have conjured, the following did not occur:

Katy Miessner did not testify.
I was not warned to watch my behavior on the internet.
NOTHING what so ever was permitted to be used against me from my past.

The judge said: my agreeing to finally accept a past challenge from Marc Garman to box him is not harassment. This was Garman' grounds for attempting to obtain a restraining order against me.

The SOLE CONCERN of the judge was my making the comment here about shoving the lens of Schussel's camera up his a s s if he ever took my picture again, after the incident of him harassing me with it took place. If I had not made the comment and Schussel attempted to get the TRO based upon what occurred in the Council Chamber the TRO would have been denied.

Schussel's behavior in the court room and the court house should have gotten him an Academy Award nomination for acting, or more appropriately a Comedy Channel award. The Judge was barely able to contain himself while displaying a broad grin on his face and almost laughed out loud on several occasions.

Schussel asked the Sherrif's deputy to escort him to the men's room. The deputy refused so Schussel asked the security guard who runs the metal detector in the lobby to escort him to the men's room. Schussel also whined to the Judge about me sitting behind him although the courtroom was full and that was the only seat left.

On day one Garman, Schussel and Liat Meitzenheimer were present along with an elderly Caucasian male whom I do not know. My friend Derrick O'Keefe was also in attendance.

On day two Garman Schusel, Schussel's wife and Liat Meitzenheimer were present. My friend Derrick O'Keefe was also in attendance.

On day two Garman, Schussel and Liat Meitzenheimer testified against me and Derrick O'Keefe testified on my behalf.

Liat committed perjury and I stated that on record to the Judge who was not really too concerned with what Liat had to say anyway. Liat testified that she heard me specifically call Council Member Gomes a b i t c h, claiming she was no more than 7 rows away from me when I allegedly said it. Upon my cross examining her it was ascertained that Liat was sitting almost 25 rows away from me, couldn't see me and confused me with another spectator who in fact was the person who called Gomes a
b i t c h.

Throughout the case, including right from the very beginning, the Judge appeared annoyed that this nonsense was wasting the court's time and stated in advance of hearing one word of testimony, that if he ruled to grant TRO it would be severely limited in its scope.

The Judge said he couldn't rule on protected speech on the internet other than my alleged threat. This means I can say what ever I want here as long as I don't threaten anyone with bodily harm.

So in the end what was accomplished?

Garman gets himself a slander and defamation of character law suit for making public comments at the City Council podium and in his court testimony stating that I threatened to cut a woman's face with a razor 25 years ago when in fact no such statement was ever made. Garman chose not to research the fact that the woman made up the incident and the case was dismissed.
