Cattle mutilation has been round lot longer than mad cow disease. Besides,why do all that when a blood test will get the job done? AS for the Charlie Manson inspired teenagers on drugs ....dought it,they may tip a cow over and laugh thier a$$ off but do not see em going gorry.Dont know but it makes ya "wonder"
