Well, Well theres a name I have not heard in a while. I take it your talking about Terry Griffin due to talking about the dog incident in the previos blog.

Considering the fact that Sgt. Leanne Bennett was supposed to be "ON DUTY" and not out campaigning... yes I would have liked to have seen the look on her face.

Let's see... using a County paid vehicle with county paid gas to do personal business that concerns her brother Capt. J.D. Yeager who is running for Sheriff of Lowndes County. You know that Leanne has been seen going down Bemiss Road putting out Yeager For Sheriff signs while on Duty in her County Vehicle. Same for Terry Griffin. Same for J.D.(except he says that he is driving his personal truck just using county gas).

Now Leanne was seen Friday going around to all the radio stations in her LCSO vehicle using County gas on County time to do personal business that involved her brother who is running for sheriff.

Tell us Ashley Paulk what are YOU the Sheriff of Lowndes County going to do about it?

Are you going to fire Leanne Bennett? Are you going to suspend Leanne Bennett? Are you going to fire or suspend Terry Griffin for putting out signs while on duty? What about J.D. for putting out signs while on duty?

You are still the sheriff in charge. Authority comes from the top down. If we can't count on you to be a leader and set a good example then who can we count on?

Nice try. Leanne Bennett was not on duty, she was off from work Friday. I know this because I work for her. She gets to take a day off every once in a while just like everyone else. As far as the day she went to the doctor's office, she was with her father in his van, so nice try again. And no, she was not on duty. Bennett gets comp time from K-9 care and cannot acrue more than 200 hours just like the rest of us. We all have to take time off. You are just trying to start lies again because you don't like that the truth is getting out. Also, everytime they have been out putting out signs they were in their personal vehicles, not county vehicles. You are just trying to make them look bad because Chris Prine is looking bad right now having Roy Hart to support him when he got fired for threatening a little boy. I'm sure Chris is re-thinking his promise of second in command to Roy Hart right now. It doesn't look good for his image. He might be reconsidering his relationship with some others right now, since the truth is actually coming out. It appears Leanne must have struck a nerve by delivering the truth to someone.
