Suggestion for Getting Trolls Out of This Forum

Looks like the "Top Mod" thread has already been infested by Kevin and his hoard of trolls without any consequences. I don't really think that TOPIX gives a damn. More clicks, more revenue for them.

Amendmennt I only pertains to the relationship between government and the people. It has nothing to do with policy set by a private company (like TOPIX) for intra-company infrastructure such as these forums.

If you don't believe me, try bad mouthing your boss using your company's or agency's email venue and then start crying "First Amendment" in the court system after you get your butt fired.
