Kerrville Doctor Convicted in Child Porn Case

Kerrville internist Dr. David Winkler was convicted this afternoon of one count of receipt of child pornography and three counts of possession of child pornography, 1200 WOAI's Michael Board reports.

It's interesing that David had receipts verifying where he was during several of the internet log-ins to the pornography. I feel the most sorry for his wife and 2 small children.

Wasn't it said those receipts either had his wife's signature or none at all. He had stuff on all his computers, plus an old unused hard drive. The defense of someone hacked and put it there didn't hold water nor pass the smell test.

All the signatures were his and there was at least 15 people who were at the sons party... Wife never used the card in question.
