First of all I had made a small investment in this "cesspool" and fortunately I only work due to boredom.
All my tenants pay 600.00 plus, every month times 10 units. So whatever..thats 6000.00 a month. You can sit back and make all the comments you want about this cesspool.
I don't rent out to welfare, section 8 or subsidized payments.
Where all see breakdowns some see opportunities..yes? Isn't that whats its all about. Making something out of nothing? Well, I do and Do very well.
And it's not HIGH CLASS you moron, it's security, peace and quite and the ability to live your life with some dignity.

I know someone who rents out an entire house in N. Utica and he is very fusy in who he rents to. He requires a 2 month Security Deposit, rent is $900 plus Utilities, including water, the name of their Bank (checking and savings accounts), name of employer, and 3 references that are checked out and a Credit Check & background check to see if they have a criminal record. Believe it or not, he has no trouble in finding tenants ready to comply with all his demands and requirements!!!!

Don't forget, many homeowners in N. Utica have German Sheppards and other large dogs for their pets.

All they have to do is open the front door and let their dog out to go pee - that will be the end of the cowards that creep around neighborhoods in the middle of the night.

ust goes to show how the blacks are like rats - they destroy everyplace they live.

Parkedge has beautiful apartments and have always had an excellent Maintenance Staff to keep everything up to date. ALL apartments come with wall to wall carpet, dishwashers, cellars with outlets for washer and dryers, and are literally soundproof from your next door neighbor, and have small decks attached to all apartments. Even the lawn is kept moved for all tenants.

The blacks move in and end up getting evicted after they have not paid their rent for at least 2 months, destroyed everything in their apartment, and leave a pile of dog feces in the cellars (no animals are allowed!)and piles of garbage, along with toilets that are filled with razor blades to plug them up. They live worst than animals!!!!

I remember when Parkedge use to cater to middle class working people that kept their apartments in spotless condition, decorated their outside lawns with flowers, etc., and were all friendly with their neighbors. Today, it is nothing more than another Cornhill neighborhood with teenagers walking all over N. Utica in the middle of the night stealing or doing their normal vandalism.

Where is the Police protection in N. Utica? Many policemen live in N. Utica themselves, why don't they stop and question the black teenagers roaming the streets when they get off from duty on their way home? NO TEENAGER belongs outside at night after 11 PM just walking around neighborhoods - especially in N. Utica!
