There's a girl walking around route 233 protesting auto one with a big sign saying auto one lemon. Haha. Good for her! All the posts on here about that place someone finally doing something about it

She's annoying - I am gonna buy a car from auto one just to piss her off. And anyone who thinks she is HOT needs to have their glasses checked.

This dipsh1t of a girl says one of the reasons she hasnt taken Auto One to court is because she doesn't have the time. The girl's a real genius. Spends her days holding a stupid sign out in front of their building and claims she has no time to sue them. I oughtta sue her for being a retard.

Hmmmmm, I think I'll stand outside of Steet Toyato and hold up a similar sign. They sold me a 5K dollar used lemon back in '99. I should have known better: the rust was painted over, it stalled when I test drove it, and the mileage was obviously rolled back. Still, I don't think a big brand name dealer should rook its customers like this. Big corporations are supposed to be trustworthy, that's what we pay big money for...to know that we're getting a first rate, reliable and inspected product. I was new to Yootica at the time, however, and I was ignorant of the way you guys do things around here. Safe to say this is why I moved away. Your city smells.

Wow, another smart one. You should know the reason she can't get a lawyer is because Utica is a tiny and chummy city and nobody has the guts to sue anybody. Everybody grew up together and knows everybody else like best friends. This is why the tight, close-knit power structure of Utica can get away with whatever it wants. Since they are all 3rd generation Yooticans, they keep it in the family. None of the lawyers in town want to step up and sue this Auto One guy and be the rat who goes after his own kind.

I always wonder what's the point of having lawyers in this city if they're never going to sue anybody except newbies and transplants.

Ok the car stalled when you test drove it, and you still bought it. I would not blame the dealership in this situation. I think you were dumb to expect the car to be reliable after it stalled during your test drive. Agree? Good.

Hey genius - perhaps you could point out EXACTLY where I said she couldn't get a lawyer. Before you go saying "another smart one", you might try pulling your head out of your a$$ and reading the post correctly the first time.- Moron.

It won't hold up in court. They would just bring up how you flashed her your rash and got dissed.

I realize I made a stupid mistake, it's just that I think name brand dealerships (especially foreign ones) shouldn't be selling crap in the first place. This is America, not some 3rd world country! As I stated, I was new to Utica and didn't know of your greasy ways. I always assumed that the Italian corruptness I had previously seen on tv and movies was just Hollywood stereotyping. I never could have realized it was actually based on reality. I came from a part of the country where buying from a dealership was the safest route one could take, and if they sold you something that didn't work they would be happy to recall it and refund your money. Not so in Ootica where it's so hard to make a living that people are forced into dishonest practices in order to get by.

You're the one who needs to pull your head out of your [beeeeeeeeep]. You must not know too many local lawyers. With weird names like Hobaica, Giruzzi, Brindisi and Murad, it sounds like they were all born and raised right here in the United States of Polish Italy - er, I mean Utica, NY.

PS - Dickie Trotta and Bill Keeler both have brothers who are attorneys.

NYS has a law that protects consumers when they buy used vehicles from a licensed auto dealer and if you go to the DMV website you will probably find a link.

The NEW YORK STATE attorney generals office has already dealt with this dealership and fined them thousands. I am sure that all it would take would be a phone call to the AG's office. The girl, although she has the right to do it, is wasting her time and will get nowhere unless she spends her time calling someone anc complaining, even if she has to call everyday.

I think she didn't waste her time. She got the media to notice. It was on the news. Not a good thing for Auto One. I wouldn't send anyone there after that report. The owner looked like a shyster.

Daily Horoscope for December 24

Aquarius

Keep calm and all will be well. You're feeling slightly fraught because there are so many demands on your time, and it won't help if you're trying to juggle some last-minute chores with some fun-filled social events. Get others to lend you a hand, or tell yourself that perfection is not an option right now and that you'll have to scale down your preparations accordingly.
