Hey there "No Big Deal", if she was doing a "good job", she would have been promoted. All these guys care about is the almighty dollar. She was let go because she was not meeting corporate's financial demands on the Utica operation. Not because they were jealous of her "over-achievement".. ....please.

No one gets fired for "no reason". And, to raise the issue of sexism is a real joke. How did this wonderful woman treat fellow woman, Jeanette Lenoir?

By the way, if these claims of misuse of advertising funds are true shouldn't the trader and the tradee be prosecuted for theft? And, if this lady has truly been fired where is the OD? It is after all a big station and she a well known public figure.

if you don't see it in the OD. they ( the radio stations) must spend money advertising in the OD. The OD NEVER writes anything bad about anyone that spends money advertising with them.

I've been wondering about the area news outlets myself. Combined, they have more listeners than the OD has readers. Most be a little "buddy" activity taking place. Most stations engage in a little approved trade activity for contests and some general station expenses. By the way, where's WKTV in all of this?

Ha Ha Ha.... first of all I bet most of you who have posted never had a job more than a few years and you either had to quit because you were about to be fired, or you were FIRED. I would also bet she fired most of you. I heard from a reliable source from inside that she was fired for fighting for her people and by the way, I also heard she is laughing all the way to the bank with a huge (fucillo huge) parting gift. I love to get on this site because it reminds me of how stupid people really are. Man grow up, if you don't like her that is one thing, but keep her kid out of it, she is still there so that tells you your rumors are as idiotic and uneducated as you are. Per the typical Utica banter for those making unfounded accusations, the broacasting business is about change as much as it is about news or entertainment. Don't read so much into the rumours and gossip although I know you people just can't help yourselves. Executives all over the world are laid off, retired, let go, fired-whatever term you choose to use sometimes for reasons and other times for no reason at all. Get with the real world you small town idiots and worry about your own employment which judging by the grammar and content of most of these posts is taking the bus to the county building to collect your food stamps.
Don't malign a woman who has achieved a great deal; has numerous friends, colleagues and clients who have her respect in this community and may be just may be stood up for honesty and integrity and only lost a job--not her character in the long run.
