How one foreman gets paid two hours overtime every nite and then goes home to be with his girlfriend. Then shows up at the garage to tell RC about how much work he did, he has not been in a piece of equipment but is the first to show up for overtime. Do not know if RC knows or the Mayor knows about this, but is a slap in the face of all workers at the DPW.

So stop hiding behind your computer and get on the phone and call who you got to call in order to get it stopped...unless it's all a line of bull..otherwise it will continue and the people of Utica will continue to have their tax dollars wasted!!

i understand what your saying but it doesnt matter how much he made. the point is is that theres a salery that does not need to be on the payrol. of course along with about 7 other guys on the job.

they could get away with 20 easy.
