Anyone who knows the culture of Utica, went to proctor and is NOT connected to the "leaders" (politicians, school administrators, cops etc.) knows that they are all corrupt. It won't be on the news or the OD because Lil Davy has "friends". You guys need to smarten up already

You didn't have to state that you are an ex from Proctor; your attitude and lack of knowledge about the topic makes it evident. If the school actually wanted to save money they could do some of the following: limit the number of administrators making over $75 per yr. Do away with the 'truancy teachers' who make over $100 per yr due to their longevity. Anyone in the district can answer the phone and take a message, you don't know such high-priced morons.
