Our mens and womens clubs (UPD&UFD)have destroyed the city finances which in part have been doubled by the heartless King Roefaro and Rubber Stamp Company Administration. Utica's in dooms day times as it's almost pay back time for all the extra UPD AND UFD officers and grants will need to be paid in a few years. Utica will have no choice but to go backrupt and of couarse they will be cring soon very new police cars and fire trucks. Well, I'll tell you something, you cannot get any more blood from the rolling stone taxpayers. The city needs to go bankrupt or it will bankrupt everyone whose left here. Roefaro and rubber stamp in company should be put in jail for them brazenly robbing the coffers and taxpayers into oblivion.

Bankruptcy is our best option but the kings would strip you naked before letting that happen. Does anyone know the total number of city employees?

Those were my words and I had to hire more UPD&UFD personal and give my family and friends raises. You know how I loved spending your money so my kids could still go to camp, buy new cars, and pay for college. I'm don't feel sorry for the poor, those on fixed incomes or the senior citizens. To bad but I had to do what I had to do.
