I just wanted to let you new york mills residents know that if you ever need to call the police for any reason for help. You might want to call the newhartford police department or the state police. Apparently they are tired of doing their jobs and are refusing to respond to legit calls. Definitley do not call them if someone hits your car and takes off... they will blame you. Call new hartford police instead or state police until this sick corruption is dealth with. The officer decided to take it out on us because one person on my street has made 20 false calls to the police and got them upset, so when i called them to report the hit and run, they took it out on me... so watch out residents of NYM.
if you call the village clerk's office with the above information and leave your name and address someone will address it with the police chief.

Yeah right give some of what you are smoking. Call the Mayor send him a letter nothing will be and when they finger you for the contact, the enforcer, To Tough Toomie will hunt you down. They are a waste of tax dollars get them out and bring in the Sheriffs Department. HaHaHa they are worse than the Yorkville Police!!!

They won't take your calls because they are not in the Village. One is down at the Child Advocacey Center while there are no cars on duty in the village. Another is up at St. Lukes stroking his wife all night and the third is just a turd. The "Chief" is there to collect a check that's it. Maybe the taxpayers in NYM will see a refund from the village services they are not getting (yeah right). If you want rude, arrogant, incompetence, call the NYMPD.

The only time the cops there do "their jobs" is when it something in it for them or moves toward their goals and desires. If they don't like someone they will spend all their hours harassing them I watched them do it to someone about 4 years ago under that fat career scumbag maciol.

I am trying to think of something good to say about Lee Soja. Unfortunately nothing comes to mind. Hope he enjoys those sgts stripes because he found out the hard way thats as far as he is going. Considering he's a buddyf*cker, thats far enough. A couple more years and he can drive up the hill to his new job, as a St Lukes security guard.

Notice how you hear no more mental issues out of new york mills now that Frankland and Maciol are no longer leeching off the dole there. They've moved up a teat on the public teat pecking order!

What do you expect? The NYM PD's claim to fame is writing tickets for going 2 miles over the speed limit. Does anyone honestly think they or any other small town/village dept. is capable of actual Police work? Or that they could actually protect and serve? lol

You forgot "You're a boon on welfare" didn't you? What about "You're a druggie"? Cmon where's the infantile defenses to open direct and cited accusations of malfeasance waste and well, basic stupidity? Don't tell me that after three years of guessing wrong you're slowly starting to realize you're imaginary insults have zero effect on the truth. Hint - don't ever apply for any "corporate communications" jobs son.

They're scum on the protected gubbernment welfare payroll they do what they want unquestioned. Well they used to anyway! Everybody knows many examples of police abuses in this area it's corrupt. They need to fire 100% of all the cops and start from scratch it's like a cancer with these people.
You have welfare moms and welfare cops. Same thing one moves around and makes noise a bit more.

I even called trying State Police but all I was told was that I had to go thru NYMPO because it was their jurisdiction. All they ever do is take a report and put it in the circular files when they get back to the office.

For the guy that has a heritage issue, I am Polish, with a degree. I am not ignorant, and know when to use capital letters in a sentence. You should try it. Just because someone likes Kielbasa makes him a DIPSH**? If an Italian likes pizza, is he ignorant ? If an Irishman likes corned beef, is he the same ? Grow up. I agree the cops in the Mills are horrible. I was with my Dad one night, driving home. A car almost slammed into the back or our car, crossed an intersection, crashed into a light pole, then drove off heading up Campbell Ave. We went to find a cop and report it. Found one parked near the library. We tried to get the cops' attention, but couldn't, so my Dad got out of the car and tapped on the window. The cop was sound asleep. When he awoke, he was screaming at my Dad for rapping on the window, instead of following the drunk. Real winners there. I didn't report him, but should have.

WHAT T0 DO IF YOU'RE STOPPED BY POLICE
Wed, Feb 22, 2012 at 7 pm
Desales Center 309 Genesee St Utica

... Speaker: Barrie Gewanter, Executive Director, Central NY Chapter of the New York Civil Liberties Union

We all recognize the need for effective law enforcement, but we should also understand our own rights and responsibilities -- especially in our interactions with the police.

Ms. Gewanter will explain and demonstrate what to do if you are stopped, questioned, arrested, or injured in your encounter with the police.

IF YOU HAVE A POLICE ENCOUNTER, YOU CAN PROTECT YOURSELF.

Stay home? Why would fireman need to stay home? Who the hell left you in charge?
