I TOOK PHOTOS OF THE CREEK WHEN IT DRIED IT UP AND THERE WAS NO GRAFITTI, none! And i would be glad to email them to.....And I walk my dog back there everyday and watched assholes throwing beer cans back there. I have even picked up the used diapers left in the middle of the trail and garbage with my 9 yr old. Only to find more of a mess there the next day. Yeap and your right crying my ass off... but finally something is being done about it. LOL and if you are so upset about it, please come by my house, we can have a nice long chat!:)

Are you people retarded? Or just too degenerate to comprehend what Truthbtold has been explaining from the beginning of this forum. IT'S NOT ONLY BECAUSE OF PEOPLE WALKING IN their families property...They walk on my property, as well. Truthbtold also said that they speak on behalf of the other families that think this is totally unacceptable , I am one of those other families. This person that started this forum, doesn't want to see this beautiful place be wrecked by assholes. NOT THEIR HOME, the creek itself! And that goes for Donovan park as well. no one cares about your local park. u pay taxes therefore cry to the town to clean it up. thats is what the parks and recreation people are for. oh thats right you fall under the town of new hartford. which means they wont clean your park cause they have bigger better parks in the town. the creek is not just yours it is everyones. if otherwise than lets see one of you cocksuckers tell me to leave shall i ever fish your shittyside of the creek. it the falls belong to you people than fench it off and pay to fix it yourself instead of getting nothing accomplished on topix. again you blame everyone for something a few have done and then you call cops on everyone like lil winey bitches. the creek has not been dried up since fall of 2010. post your pics here cause i have pics of all your nieghborhood tyrash that floated my way before "the kids ruined everything" and trashed it

Nobody said it dried up in 2010. It dried up after hurricane irene which occured in Aug. 2011. My photos were taken Sept. 2011. The photos show you the graffiti hasnt been there. Lol omg. And again, im not the one saying this is caused by kids. Maybe adults acting like children but definitely not the product of just kids. Topix is the perfect place to start a discussion about the falls. After all its the way it is because of the public. Another fact: not public property. If it was Chad Crowe wouldnt of been back there escorting people out and warning them that it was private property. There's no fishing access. let me rephrase a little of what i had said so that u understand. The last time the creek was dried up was in 2010. at present time the creek is at normal water levels. I never said it was all you who blamed the kids cause it's that truthbtold crybaby thats blaming them. Sure there are a few bad apple no matter were you go. And again I will state you people are going about it wrong if u think topix forum going to fix it. I been in your shoes minus waterfalls and the stupid park no one likes anyways. trust me topix gets little done phone calls and meetings tho make huge differences. There is fishing access as long as the fishermen donot cross your property to get there. Now for my Dad and 12 year old son to be harrassed by jerkwads over there because they were walking down the creek fishing inside of the water is bullshit. the only reason they get bothered is because liars like your nieghbors claim everyone uses thier lawn or traily to get there. again you should take pictures of tresspasers on your lawn. of the garbage throwers and whoever you catch being a douchebag and report it but stop having the fishermen in the area harrased. put up signs every 50 feet along your edge of the creek and other property then they are considered to have violated posted rules and can be charged. I honestly don't care what goes on there i just find it crazy the same asswipes whos garbage has been floating my way for years has got nerves to talk shit about everyone that uses the creek. Want people to stay away [put a sign in all the yards that warn you have a child molester living on your street.

I'm another neighbor that came forward, and I'm actually the one that was on the news complaining about it! Me along with TruthbTold may go back there to walk our dogs, but we don't go back there leaving our garbage. So it's not our garbage that's floating down your creek. God only knows what kind of bacteria is growing in that water. So know the people complaining about it, aren't the one's who's leaving the trash!
