Maybe he used alcohol because his daddy was consumed with kiddie porn like this guy.

A Whitesboro man is under arrest facing child pornography charges after police say he brought a computer to Best Buy for repairs and the service provider allegedly found it loaded with porn.

It happened three days before Christmas. Police say 58-year-old Herbert Koestner brought the computer to the Best Buy on Commercial Drive in New Hartford.

The laptop was seized and forensically examined.

Numerous images were then found on the computer that depicted children under the age of sixteen of varying age engaged in varied types of sexual acts.

Koestner is charged with a felony count of Possessing a Sexual Performance By a Child.

Koestner was arraigned in Town of New Hartford Court and was released to the representation of his attorney. He is scheduled to appear in court at a later date.

Hahah Awwww look! The little "lawman hero wannabee" scumbag is all MAD that once again people see his brotherfags in trouble.

So much for the police there.

This is becoming so obvious it's clear some outside attention on the way the police have double standards up there.

Go play with your siren toughbitch! People are learning more and more ever day what kind of halfass scumbag unaccountable police you are.

Why? If the Indians pay them why are they considered to be employed by NYS? Something smells fishy.

I really dont think "Diane Jr." is a cop. At least I hope not. This guy really operates at a fourth grade level. Not even exaggerating or trying to be funny.

I place him at 3rd grade. It has definitely got to be a cop because he goes ballistic and spews the baby goo goo any time someone posts about police getting in trouble. Which happens an awful lot up here there really is something wrong with the police and the state police I'm from Jersey and it's not even this blatant or bad. Definitely a cop, joys post any article and he comes up saying the same 3 or 4 things for at least a year I have been going to school here. I think that really is how many of them act and think behind smiling eyes. I already had a local cop reprimanded for running my plate, stopping me asking for a date and driving up and drown my street. They were trying to blow it off until they found out a few things about me. It is out of control here and you never ever hear of any police getting the same treatment they defend their own to the death instead of like holding them up as an example. The last 100 free passes say a lot. There is serious problems with the law enforcement here. As much as I love my school I think I'm transferring away from here after this year there are a lot of problems and depressing people here.

I think Diane Jr. is a cop wannabe. I am guessing the best he did was security guard at KMart or something before he got a job at Best Buy where he is known as the weird guy that keeps repeating the two or three things he knows about computers. I really don't think you could be a cop and have such little understanding of logic and cause/effect.

(AP) Frankfort – Village of Frankfort mayor Frank Moracco has announced the addition of the newest member of the village police force. Former State Police Investigator Richard Mody was named to the force following his recent DWI arrest in the Town of Trenton. Chief of Police Ronald Petrie expressed support of the appointment saying “Officer Mody has unique insight into alcohol related traffic offenses. We pride ourselves on giving a home to officers who have found themselves in difficult circumstances while employed with other agencies. Officer Mody will be a good fit.” Calls to Herkimer County Personnel Director Steven Billings were not immediately returned.

Daily Horoscope for May 21

Virgo

It's a rather low-key day with a few disappointments to cope with along the way. If you were looking forward to a social event, such as meeting up with friends, it may fail to live up to your expectations. It might even be delayed or postponed through no fault of your own. There could also be problems about how much something is going to cost, forcing you to scale down your plans to make them more affordable.
