someone who works there texted me and said they just announced it to the staff. Thats why its breaking news. The news doesnt even know it yet. Only on TOPIX!!

where the hell are all these politicians that are being paid big bucks to watch out for our area.Recently it was announced the Syracuse area is getting a nano tech center,now this. All these clowns-Picente,Griffo,Brindisi etc etc etc should all stay in east utica !
