sorry story United States	Reply » \| Report Abuse \| Judge it! \| #13 Mar 5, 2013 Judged: 1 Pot bar on court st, just off of rt 12. the place is depressing. the welfare people live in there day after day. some never leave their block. dave gets their welfare rent and takes the rest in booze and cigarettes. life stands still. the walls and ceiling haven't been washed in decades, its a dirty brown patina which fits the atmosphere. you really have to have a totally burnt out pot head to sink into the depth of the place. it's a really sad place. he had to put a fence up to protect the pot heads who smoke outside the back door all day and night.
