There are more whites on section 8, ssi, unemployment, welfare, wic and medical assistance than any other race. News flash, whites go to jail too. And you live in Philadelphia too which brings me to my second point. Only lowly people live in Filthadelphia. Didnt you hear, all the good white people moved a long time ago.
