Bullies at RJB

I was wondering if there was any other children who are experiencing a serious amount of bullying. My son who once loved to go to school now dreads it every morning because of the bullies at the school. I have talk to Mr. Smith about this, the counselors resolution to it is that my son needs to change his routine to avoid it. Like lunch time and locker location. Honestly I feel that is not right. They should do somthing about the bullies. They constantly call him names, throw things at him, and make him feel aweful. I have told him to take matters into his own hands and just bust the kids in the mouth when they do it. He is trying to be a better person and not do that. He actually refuses to do it so one he don't get in trouble and two because he does not want to be the kid that everybody is scared of because he fights. Has anybody else been going through this same stuff with their child. If so please let me know because I beleive that if all us parents who kids are being bullied went to the school at the same time and demanded something be done they would not be able to ignore us. Or for that matter to the super intendent because it has become quite obvious that the school isn't going to address the issue.

First get a lawyer and then let Mr. Smith know you have retained council. Then if nothing changes sue after documenting your visits. I.E. have Mr. Smith sign a statement of minutes of your meetings, emails work great too. Once he finds out your serious something will be done. You have to hit people where it hurts most, the pocketbook!

You might also tell Mr. Smith that you have put his stupid and insensitive "response" out over the internet where folks are condemning his response!
