Let's see, the curtain is slowly dropping on Richards, Burum and company. First, the disclosures that will shortly happen with the DA and the attorney general are going to get Biane, Burum, Richards etal handcuffed. There are some local business people in this area who should be ashamed of themselves. They once thought that it was a big ego boost to say that they were associated with these people. Now they can't run away fast enough...Richards and Burum are now radioactive...so is Biane and Ovitt soon too. The character of Mr. Richards is fully revealed by his knowing lack of disclosure with the state. But he thought he was invincible. He thought they had everyone bought off. Guess what? Looks like the game is up.

Does Richards' failure to disclose ALL of his financial interests mean that he had something to hide? Did he have undue influence with the State Dept of Fish & Game with his own real estate developments? Come on now, Richards is a smart man. How could he "forget" The Colonies project?
People are angry at the conversion of taxpayers' monies and assets. There are other land deals that Richards has been involved with that need to be investigated. Start looking in Ontario.

I am happy to see that some justice, is finally befalling this group. As a resident of Rancho Cucamonga, directly affected by this eyesore it will be satisfying to see them get what they deserve. From getting the plans changed so the freeway was above grade to the giant signs and contorted roads the colonies is just a mess. I hope that they not only lock them up but heavily fine them!

There is one central issue in this whole mess I don't understand. Buisnesses can now directly support political campaigns, so how is giving money to a PAC illigal or even unethical?
Further, how would a $100,000 "bribe" to a PAC outweigh lobbying against Measure P?

I'm going to call the Governor and request that he immediately remove Richards from the Fish and Game Commission. Richards is either incompetent, corrupt or both, and either of these disqualifies him from this public office.

It is just another Lost Cause! All I want before Mr. Richards is removed from the Fish and Game Commissio, "whether he is incompetent, corrupt or both",is for him to tell me where the "hot spots" for fishing are located.

I've been wondering about that cement plant adjacent to the Colonies, perhaps it's one more reason the supes and Dutton want AB32 to pass so it won't stall business there?

What do you think of the Mug shots of Burum and Biane? I also noticed pictures of these gentlemen shackled together and wearing jailbird jumpsuits. Isn't it interesting how the daily bulletin took out the topix forum, almost in anticipation of this event and in an effort to stiffle the communication of the public. I hope to hear back. until then, enjoy the show.

Action, good to see you in this realm again. I think what the Bulletin and Ramos did is horrible, (their theatrics etc) so much so that I hope that when they are found innocent that Burum sues the county and breaks them. Ramos is a lying pos. and a pig.

Ramos is a lying pos. and a pig. Sorry Bob, The accused stepped into a septic tank and are neck deep with no way out. Kirk is the weakest of the three and is probably negotiating a deal as I write this. The next to break will be Biane. With the surrender of each of the accused the noose will tighten around the figurative neck of the developer. Rex and Postmus are going to have plenty of company. With that said, the tax payers might actually see a little justice for a change.
