The state has no business in the booze business. Period. Bust it up, get rid of those huge pension commitments, get back to being a government instead of a nanny. This includes the beer distributor thing as well.

Pennsylvania has just as many alcohol problems as any other state. If the reason for state stores is control, then they've failed there as well. Only thing they control is taxes, nothing more, nothing less.
