they give little yellow cards to student smokers--what if their parents are smokers and come to visit--is the campus going to give them little yellow cards also--the first lawsuit is being drafted as I write this ---it is legal for anyone over the age of 18 to smoke in this state--banning outdoor smoking is a violation of their civil rigts--one persons private property is one thing a public university is a whole other story.
