Universal City police investigate second murder of the year

I am Robert Collins Jr.'s first-cousin from Michigan.
My prayer is the Universal City police investigators do not let this hidious crime go unsloved. Robert was a very sweet and law-abiding citizen with so much to live for. Please do not give up on this case, as our family needs closure.

I am Robert Collins Jr.'s sister from Chantilly, VA. As my cousin Lillie mentioned my brother was a kind person and was very much loved by his family. This was a brutal crime and not knowing who killed him and why is pure agony. Without answers we will never have closure. Please do not give up on this case.

I understand that CSI probably makes things difficult in the day in the life of a detctive, however, please do not give up on the unsolved murder of Robert Collins. He is loved and missed. His family just wants justice. Please do all that you can so that this monster is arrested.

To the Collin's family: My nephew lived across the hall from Robert. My nephew was murdered on Feb. 2. I have wanted you to know that my family thinks of you often and we pray for justice in your crime as well. God Bless-Stacie Jaeger

I hear all kinds of things about those apts. from drugs and hookers and Katrina rejects to 12 yr old girls who have sex with anyone and everyone, even with residents finding her pants in the bushes and freaking out thinking someone had finally killed her. What is going on over there?

with regards to that young girl giving herself to others in the complex, i've heard that is quite true. Her mom isn't all there and lets that girl run wild. however, she is not alone, there are a few in that comlex like that. Palisades Apts. is definitely not a place to live. a lot of dirt there.
