Most rational minds would conclude that the safety of the child is paramount. Why then do state and county agencies across the country have policies that go against the rational position? http://www.miamiherald.com/2010/04/07/v-fulls... This is not just in Miami...it's in South Carolina and EVERY state in this nation...and WE are funding the salaries of those employed to investigate, protect, and mandate.

CPS (Child Protective Services)/ DFCS or whatever your state calls the agency designed to protect abused children is failing nationwide. When are we going to stand up and say no to this abuse of our children? First, they are abused at home, then by the agencies designed to help them!
