I think webkinz are wonderful for all ages. It teaches responsibility to children and provides down time for parents. If any one feels that their child is spending to much time on the internet then that is the fault of parents not webkinz. Its your responsibility as a parent to monitor your kids activities. Webkinz even promotes positive activities for children by advertising how good fruit and vegetables are and that outdoors and exercise is important, they even have a parents area with helpful hints on how to control the amount of time your child spends on the internet. Next time you are quick to blame step back and take a look at the big picture, it's not up to company's to run your children its up to you, THE PARENTS.

I think webkinz is really good for young kids because it teaches them things about life. Sure, it's good to get outside and play, but that's up to the parent. Webkinz didn't do anything wrong, it's probably the safest thing for kids on the web. It's up to the parents.

I have like 10 webkinz is really fun and its good for you. I always do housework and go outside with friends :), but I also like to hang out on the web. It's not like webkinz can control what your kids are doing! Your kids want something fun to play too, if it was boring no one would wanna play and that'd be boring. IT'S UP TO YOU TO BE THE PARENT NOT THE SITE.
