Affordable Property is a rip off. They lie make sure you take detailed pictures when you move in and out. The charged me for items that I complained about before I moved in and they did nothing about. Now they are charging me for the contractors to come in the problems they didn't fix before I moved in. they charged me for removing wires left by previous tennants cable systems. The house had mold, leaky roof and bad termite problem. They told me not to worry about the termites because they don't bite. I will never refer or let anyone I know do business with those guys ever.

Once again rip off artist they stole $640 of my deposit. I left the house in better shape then when I moved in. It took 3 days for a leaky toilet that ended up fixing out of my own pocket to avoid damaging my property. Rip off artist!!!!
