US Supreme Court to hear appeal from Iowa prosecutors facing lawsuit over murder case

The U.S. Supreme Court will consider whether Iowa prosecutors can be sued by two men whose convictions in the killing of a retired Council Bluffs police officer were set aside.

That's not true! Prosecutor are not there to convict every person that is accused of a crime, but to obtain evidence that will either find the person guilty or innocent.

Today, the prosecutor role is to maximized his/her conviction status for political gain in today's judispredenance. The Consitiutional rights of the unlearned are ignored as if they were separted from a learn society that prey on the weak.

Defense attorneys, believe you are guilty unless some miracle happens.The papuper can rest assure that his tail is going to jail; because there is no money to provide them a proper defense. Its' about going through the motions.
