As a long time registered voter and residents of Carter Lake, I must admit that my family and I did not vote this time around because we were unhappy with the choices we had for the candidates....we will however look at both of the candidates left in the running over the next few weeks for the upcoming November Election.
What we are looking for is a Mayor who acts and thinks about the entire City of Carter Lake as a whole and not just a selective
few....

The Election is on Tuesday and yes, we have our Voter Registration Cards ready...all 5 of us! After much consideration and reviewing the 2 Mayoral and City Council Candidates, we have reached a decision!
It is hopeful that we can then begin to have a City Government that works for all of us and not just a few residents! This should be a notice to those not up for re-election that we are closely watching your decisions and how well you work with and for the citizenry of Carter Lake.
