Florida and Marion County believe their laws supersede Federal law

May 8, 2012- At approximately 2:45pm, Two Orange County Deputies, a Marion County deputy and a person representing the state attorney for Marion county, came to the door of Skywatcher Clan Chief John Martello to discuss threats made by the Chief against Marion County officials. Basically, the discussion was about the Chief's right to defend the tribe's land if Marion County seizes it.

The Chief wanted to talk out side but the Orange County officer insisted on going inside, using intimidation.
The Chief was ordered to take his hands out of his pockets. the home owner immediately objected to this since they had no warrant and were not invited in the first place. The Chief explained the situation. The officer asked if there was proof. The Chief proceeded to his room to retrieve the documents

and when he turned, both Orange County officers had followed him into the room with out permission. Making a note, the original legal agreement with Marion County was shown. the second officer commented; "yep, that's an agreement". The first officer gave the second a gesture as if to tell him not to acknowledge the facts.

Returning to the dining room, they completely ignored the facts and stated to the Chief's face that "County and State laws supersede Federal law". They stated the county can and will seize the property when ever they want if the taxes are not paid, completely ignoring the law. They were reminded the county was breaking the law and a legal agreement.

The Orange County deputy threatened to arrest who refused to back down stated that they were violating his civil rights and law by threatening him, entering the house with out permission, not having a warrant and using intimidation... all violate Title 18, Section 241 and 242.

They ignored the complaint that the state Attorney, Brad King, refused to press charges against the MC Property appraiser for violating state law concerning the right of citizens to public records.

The Orange County Deputy claimed the Chief was not interpreting the letter from the attorney correctly. The two Orange and Marion County officers refused to accept they themselves were violating Federal civil statutes, state law, county law and even the Sheriff's policies. They refused to acknowledge the Chief's rights and the fact that all the evidence was in hand to have the elected officials arrested and even the first police officer. The Orange County Deputy stated clearly and with great intimidation that State law supersedes Federal law. The Chief refused to back down when the home owner, a 76 year old with a pacemaker, rose from his seat, the officer stepped towards him and committed an assault and battery.

The subject was changed to other ways to work out the problem with Marion County. Once they left, the Chief immediately called the Assistant Attorney General of the United States to push the complaint documents they received on May 02. Soon after, the Chief called the Orange County Sheriff to file a complaint against the officer. The Sergeant said they will investigate the logs and find the officer. This incident is just further proof that confirms that the corrupt government protects each other and the police protect them, not the people. Russian KGB agents did this to their people, German Nazis did this to their people and America- especially Florida and Marion County- is doing it to their people.
