I am not sure why so little news attention has been given to this situation by the Laramie or Cheyenne press. I believe that he was actually from Cheyenne and is charged with doing this in Laramie. The article indicates that a very serious crime has taken place in Laramie, and that the suspect will be brought back to wyoming for trial. I have seen nothing about this on the local news or papers..anyone know when he is being brought back to wyoming?
