Who cares? Tell us about the murders that were prevented. Tell us about the women saved from rapists. Were any kidnapped children recovered? Any little kitties rescued from trees or doggies from storm drains? No? You arrested people for selling some plants? There was no mention of violence or firearms or other weapons of any sort. There is no mention of operating vehicles under the influence. Was anyone being hurt? What is the point of this story? Sounds to me like you robbed a couple of folks of nearly $100,000 dollars. When are you people going to get it? There is nothing good about marijuana prohibition. There is nothing good about arresting non-violent people for its use or possession.

New name and ISP location huh? You do realize that for a substance to be poison it has to be harmful right? No harm comes from pot. Can't even OD on it. Good to see you back on topix old one.

Medical or not distributing it to out of state buyers is STRICTLY forbidden. Good work. I am sick of interstate drug runners ruining medical cannabis for the sick.

Maybe their doctor recommended 20 pounds. And maybe their doctor recommended 99,000.00 too. Who are we to judge?

Selling it on the black market is strictly forbidden no matter who they are or where they're from. And you're right, it does unfairly reflect on medical growers as well.

Wow... they're coming a long way to buy our pot. Wish they would have gotten caught hauling it across state lines; Heavier sentence.

I know I sound redundant here, but again, to those who think legalizing pot in California is a good idea: it's obviously only a good idea if pot is also legalized in all other states. And to those who bring up other states where pot is legal, and no problems seem to exist as a result: Then why do buyers keep coming to California to buy pot?

The reason that people come her from elsewhere to buy pot is that you can get a pound of pot here for 2800 to 3000 and sell it in new youk as a pound for 6400 and if you break it up into grams,@ 20 to 40 a gram you get $9080 to $18160 That is a 6k to 14k profit from each pound. 5 pounds could = 70k in profit.

Would you vote to legalize pot here in California if it is on the ballot?
