http://www.prisonplanet.com/cops-taser-drowne... # mr_bad Says: December 5th, 2008 at 11:03 am Notice how all these cops are fat pigs. Notice also they’re all fully clothed like they couldn’t give a f*ck less about jumping in to save man’s life. # James Says: December 5th, 2008 at 11:05 am To all police, firemen and rescue workers. You are public servants not public officials. It is your job to rescue people who are in danger and can not help themselves. It is also your job to facilitate public saftey, without restricting freedom and the individuals right to choose the course of action which suites their own needs.Scociety needs you to do your jobs because of the fact that there will be occasions when people will need help, and sometimes they will need help because of their own decisions. Now that is okay because that is what life and living free is all about, having the right to make decisions and when deemed nessacary choosing a course of action that may be dangerous or even life threatening. We can not be free if we are allowed to choose only the safe options all the time.If you do not want to be in the buisness of risking your lives to save people, then please find other employment and let those who are natural risk takers do the work you are supposed to be doing.Absolutely no one demanded that you choose your proffesions, therefore if you would rather limit individual freedom than actualy risk your necks by rescuing people then please step down and take a job at a daycare center or something. Keeping five year olds safe by ordering them around is something there is a real need for and generaly it is pretty dogone safe. # Flem Says: December 5th, 2008 at 11:07 am Every victim of police brutality like this should sue not only the town, the state and each and every officer involved PERSONALLY for every dime they have. That would stop this crap. |

# Vindi Says:
December 5th, 2008 at 11:20 am How terribly sad & stupid…on the cops part. If that was one of those cops parents, drowning, you can bet they’d be trying to jump into the water to help their parent. This was very extreme & senseless. Granted, the water was choppy and chances were real good that one of those sons could have been drowned as well….but…..to use a Taser? Puhleeeeze!! Any ole reason to flex those cop muscles, I guess? The officers should lose their jobs. Those young sons had every right to be distraught….and it wasn’t up to the cops to stop them from trying to recover their father. Brave kids….I applaud them. Lots bigger balls than those cops. Just shows the level of ignorance in that Police Dept. # James Says: December 5th, 2008 at 11:29 am I agree with sueing the sh#t out of them but the money just turns out to be tax payer (OUR) money that goes to the victim. It would be a real drag if the surrounding people witnessing police feeding on the public would start pummelling these fat corrupt bags of shit! I mean kidnapping their worthless asses and fucking them in the face for 3 weeks before beheading their fucking worthless, pussy asses. Get it on tape and send it to their familiy and friends. Cops cant do a damn thing I cant do myself. They are an obsticale to everything that progresses and should be stopped! With a 3 foot long dildo! Fucking worthless woman-like pussies. # WakeUp Says: December 5th, 2008 at 11:37 am I spent 15 years in the rescue business with the LAFD. FYI, all CHP and LAPD officers are EMT-1 trained and carry a first-aid kit in their trunk. NOT ONCE in my entire career have I EVER had a cop performing CPR or ANY first aid beyond handing out a 4×4 gauze pad prior to our arrival. When questioned, they always had an excuse (like,“I had to direct traffic” or “secure the scene”), or flat out said,“That’s your job, not mine.” The police officers we used to wave to as children are all retired and have been replaced with a population with a chip on their shoulder and something to prove. Most consider themselves anything but a public servant. I loved the comment that “they were getting in the way of rescue efforts.” There was no rescue effort taking place at all. Showing up and standing around is not a rescue. |

http://www.prisonplanet.com/cops-taser-drowne... # Scott Says: December 5th, 2008 at 12:14 pm So if the cops weren’t going in to rescue the dad, probably because they are in head to toe gear, what rescue efforts were the sons disrupting? They didnt want to rescue three people? Looks like they didnt even try to rescue to rescue the dad. If they were waiting on a coast guard boat, then what were they interfereing with? This is a total abuse of authority. Taseres need to be banned, and cops needo man up, and quit hiding behind gadgets- excuse me i mean human cattle prods. # QuestionReality Says: December 5th, 2008 at 12:17 pm To those who are so quick to judge, you must ask yourself if you would have jumped in that water to save the father. If you did, without being PROPERLY equipped, you would probably have only been alive for a couple of terrifying moments. Anyone who would have entered that water would have just become another victim. Don’t think so? Go try it! Also, to all the cop haters: If you don’t like what is going on, why don’t you go join your local police department and put your money where your mouth is. Most of you whine and complain about how things are but do NOTHING to make a difference. If you are not a part of the solution then you are a part of the problem. I made my difference for 31 years. Now it’s time for you to take your turn…. or shut up. # Des Says: December 5th, 2008 at 12:34 pm Sorry QuestionReality but people don’t have to join the local police department to “put your money where your mouth is” because guess what, OUR MONEY is already fucking there. We pay for police and we can complain and dictate how we want to be policed. Police are an arm of the goverment which is run by the people. Protect and SERVE the community. If police or ex-police don’t like the criticism then fuck off. And I say that from the perspective of living in a cop family. I have one cop uncle, four cop cousins and two cop cousin-in-laws. |

http://www.prisonplanet.com/cops-taser-drowne... # QuestionReality Says: December 5th, 2008 at 12:41 pm DES, you missed the point. I am talking about being personally involved in something that you believe needs change. Kind of like voting; if you did not vote how can you complain about the outcome? I am talking about people who complain but are not willing to step up and work for whatever change that they believe in. Get it? # Bobbyd41784 Says: December 5th, 2008 at 12:57 pm I’ll be the first to admit I’ve seen a lot of bad taser incidents, but this wasn’t one of them. Those guys were out of control and maybe they had reason to be, but it doesn’t mean the police were wrong. I hear a lot of you saying the police need to “man up” and why don’t they do this or that. You know nothing about police work, you never wore that uniform, and you were never in that situation. Cops are humans. They are not robots who are impervious to physical harm. In this situation the guys are irate and refuse to calm down. When they become a threat to themselves or others they must be subdued. So without a taser you have to physically subdue the person which creates the potential for physical harm to the officers and the individual. In 99.9% of taser incidents there is no lasting physical pain or harm. Thats a much better option then physically beating people to subdue them. As far as jumping in the water, its out of the question. What they did is what any good police officers would do. You can’t allow 1 victim to become 2. And 2 become 4. Its smart policing. # Bobbyd41784 Says: December 5th, 2008 at 1:05 pm And good luck with that idea pepper. As an employee of a government (state, local, federal) police dept, officers are indemnified by their dept when they are sued by the public. As long as the dept rules that the officer acted within a reasonable manner as described by law and dept guidelines. And 95% of the time the officer is indemnified because they did act properly. That means the officer is not liable to pay for any reward you would win in court. And to Des… having cops for cousins doesnt mean anything. Try walking in their shoes for a week and see how your opinions will change. # 12gadouble00 Says: December 5th, 2008 at 1:20 pm So #89, it is better to stay on the beach and create a crisis than go into the water and risk getting all that neat gear wet. You seem to have missed the point, they didn’t even try, it was easier to taser the son and give them an excuse for not acting at all. You weren’t there either so how can you automatically say the son was wrong to try and save his fathers life. Hell yes I would have jumped in to save my father, and the sad thing is that now this young man will never know if he could have saved his, because of this wonderful policeman. It’s plain to see you have a policeman attitude with your woulda, coulda, shoulda remarks. Maybe it’s time after 31 years to come down from your pedestal and just be human. Cops should stick to low risk tasks like writing parking, speeding and seat belt tickets. |

December 5th, 2008 at 1:32 pm If one of those cop’s kids were drowning, what would stop them from attempting rescue? Fucking sissies. What, was the water too cold? Didn’t want to mess up their makeup? # Hank VanEdmonton Says: December 5th, 2008 at 1:41 pm To bad that cop didn’t tazer himself in the balls about 20 times. To serve and protect - ya right Who wouldn’t flip out it was your dad? You would be less than human to sit there calmly. I guess the police really want to be hated by everyone, they sure are working hard to accomplish that. # Bobbyd41784 Says: December 5th, 2008 at 1:58 pm Its amazing how naive you people are. I work in manhattan by the chelsea piers on the hudson river. If someone fell in that water you would be insane to jump in. The water is freezing and the current is fast. Your only hope of survival is a quick response from a harbor or aviation unit. In this video you can see how high that tide is and theres a ton of sharp rocks along the coast. I dont blame the kids for being irate and wanting to save their father, but those cops were wise enough to know if they went in, they weren’t coming out. They did the right thing. They saved those kids from a certain death and they ought to be commended. I just think you all have such a hatred for police that you look for any excuse to bash them. # Artyom Says: December 5th, 2008 at 1:59 pm lol Hank! I like your comment about the cop tasing oneself in the privates 20 times. I wish looney tunes physics was in play and those little projectiles on the end of the taser deflected and ended up right where you mentioned. That would have been sweet justice. Even if effecting a rescue would have been impossible, it is still uncalled for to tase a panicking family member witnessing the loss of their father. If it was possible to grab a floatation devise and enter the water to keep them both afloat, that would have been a good. I believe firefighter motto is team, life, and then property. This situation again shows lack of compassion and over reaction. Hind sight is 20-20, but no hind sight is needed to know not to tase him. And to the two sons, I am sincerely saddened by your loss. I can’t imagine seeing a parent lost. My father and brother were swimming in the ocean once, on vacation, and a rip tide almost took them out to sea. Luckily the life guards were on the spot and sent out the row boat that they keep on the beach and quickly saved them and the group that was near them. |

Now they’re just a bunch of tirgger happy twats who wouldn’t know how to be a good cop if it bit them in the ass. It ruins it for the good cops that actually do a job rather then hide behind a badge. Whats even sadder is that nothing will ever come of these incidents and the police will continue to be bullies # Atilla Says: December 6th, 2008 at 2:37 am Never talk to a cop, everything you say will be used against you, never for you. # tk Says: December 6th, 2008 at 3:07 am Basic training is effective but it is not stronger than the training American mothers originally instill in their young sons. Moms, continue to teach your sons loyalty to God, family, friends, and those in neighboring cities, counties and states. They must realize that they never tread upon their neighbors in the guise of following orders or some blind obedience to their military/law enforcement training. Our young men are currently being conditioned to rationalize the justification of violence (even to themselves), and also to ignore enforcing our laws against domestic enemies. Teach them that German officers that thought they would have a defense involving “just following orders” was NOT valid at Nuremberg trials. American Moms, whisper to your sons — it is time to side with the People of the United States of America. # Skrelnick Says: December 6th, 2008 at 3:47 am Fucking pigs. When will citizens fight back? WHEN??? # John Says: December 6th, 2008 at 4:47 am #141……Soon my friend, very soon! |

# TOGSolid Says:
December 6th, 2008 at 5:23 am Wonder how fast the cops would start shitting themselves if the next time they tried to pull a taser and try to be a big bad cop, a citizen pulled one on them instead and popped them with those two magic electrodes. Not like they cost all that much. # freedomforus Says: December 6th, 2008 at 6:29 am the cbc did a story about tasers this week, perhaps preparing us for when the national socailists take over next month god save the queen ya right # jenchen Says: December 6th, 2008 at 6:53 am Why do the jews repeat the same brainwashing techniques in all the TV show and Movies. The Hero cop and a bizarrely exaggerated villain. The villain seems like a nice person-he repeats I am innocent. The cop however is a hero when persists until he makes this person guilty. The sadism and cruelty the hero fantasizes about doing to the villain is apparent and he is good because he feels vengeance and hate and above all his need to punish sets him above all others-this is the model that makes our soldiers and police the sick psychopaths they are. The jew controlled media has been brainwashing people into actions that cause them to lose their souls. Jews have no souls to lose. The only psychopaths capable of the crimes portrayed by these villains are the jews themselves-but they are the only ones who never go to jail for their crimes. Innocent people playing the model set by jew drama- get punished instead. All jews are sociopaths-having regressed backward in time until there is nothing of love or truth left in them, instead of evolving and becoming more loving and enlightened to the truth, they did the opposite-now all they want is to take everyone with them to the Hell they must exist in as beings with no souls, no love no truth. # Johnny De Vulcan Says: December 6th, 2008 at 7:17 am DO try to “shoot” them with water-guns. That will short-circuit the taser and let the sadists have a taste of their own medicine. JDV # mike Says: December 6th, 2008 at 9:40 am Jee wiz I still cant figure out why I get so scared when I see cops. I literally start to shake and it feels like im having a heart attack. I have no criminal record but I dont think that matters anymore in this so called FREE Country. WELCOME TO AMERIKKKA LET ME SEE YOUR PAPERS # sara Says: December 6th, 2008 at 9:46 am All these people who write about Jews or any other group of people being evil are either knowingly or unknowingly working for the Feds to spread confusion and to discredit this website and link any groups who are seeking truth and justice to racism and hatred. Any careful study of history shows that evil can come in the guise of any culture or religion. It would be easy if our enemies were all so easy to identify, but reality is a lot more complicated. We all know most of the people carrying on this system are simply trying to earn a paycheck and security for their families. |

# Fatish Says:
December 6th, 2008 at 12:50 pm They are using tasers like prod on the cattle. And as for SkreInick asked, when will citizens fight back - I suppose never! After being brainwashed, we are being tamed, and the tamers are doing well so far. I live in Serbia, and I know firsthand that when people rise against government and dictatorship, it’s always organized from the outside, in our case by CIA - through various “democratic” parties, organizations, movements and orchestrated civil disobedience. Today, living under puppet regime in Serbia is worse then ever, yet there is no one to get people organized to discharge their anger. Liars and hypocrites are telling us we’re doing good, for there is no opposition. Everyone’s being bought and paid for. # Don Says: December 6th, 2008 at 5:04 pm As the editor of “Wake Up America !!!” by this news report I am angered, saddened, and speechless. To “Protect & Serve” is now old school. Should it be rephrased “Submit to Authority”? More news at http://DonUSA.blogspot.com # dude Says: December 6th, 2008 at 5:06 pm what does the video clip have to do with the story? # Anon. of Ibid. Says: December 6th, 2008 at 8:52 pm It’s still like this??? What the hell? Yesterday the video had nothing to do with the article. It was a story about some cop’s son shooting himself in the head and a run on handgun sales. Today it’s about identity theft! More FEAR! FEAR! FEAR! This is bogus! # severus Says: December 6th, 2008 at 11:24 pm Bobbyd41784, in defense of the people who post comments on this site who act like “animals” when they learn of the injustice, oppression and persecution of ordinary Americans and others that goes on daily now in this country at the hands of “America’s finest,” I protest that moderation of expression is not necessarily a virtue in these cases. If people in this country were more angry and outraged by what is happening in this country, perhaps they would rise up and stop it! I sometimes wonder what a modern CNN reporter would report about, say the Boston Massacre, in which five Bostonians were mowed down in the street by British troops in a famous incident during the period immediately prior to the outbreak of the Revolution. Perhaps it would be something like this:“Five protesters were shot and killed today when First Infantry Division troops opened fire on a small group of protesters opposed to the bailout of Wal-Mart. Colonel Benedict Arnold, the commanding officer, refused to comment. Several witnesses said they heard something that sounded like a shot immediately prior to the Commander’s order to fire.‘The soldiers weren’t at fault,” said one, who declined to give his name.‘After all, we’re under martial law. Those people knew protesting isn’t allowed any more. The military did what they had to do.”“What about the shot?” I asked.“I didn’t hear a shot.”“I heard something,” said another.“A loud noise. I don’t know what it was.”“Do you think the soldiers should have fired?” I asked.“Well,” she said,“the crowd was pretty unruly. I guess the soldiers did what they needed to do. I trust our military to do the right thing.” Then an Army sergeant came over to us and shouted,“No TV allowed! Move along. Shut the camera off or I’ll confiscate it.”“I wasn’t able to get any more information about this incident at the scene, but an Army spokesman told me later by phone that an investigation of the troops” action would be conducted and that we would be informed of the outcome. Later, Army officers came and confiscated our video. Cassius Traidoro reporting for CNN.” We Americans have already allowed too many of our liberties to be abolished. Our forefathers wouldn’t see our tolerance of this oppression as patience. They would see it as treason! |
